About Kings Barn Camping

Hello! 

We are Will & Jaz, passionate campers and lovers of the great outdoors!

Our campsite is located on an organic beef farm in the quintessential village of Steyning and Bramber, where we offer a simple off-grid camping experience. 

Cows are not the only company on the farm. We are so lucky to have all kinds of wildlife!

So keep on the lookout for Neil the seal, swans on the river, their adorable cygnets and if you’re lucky you might even see a barn owl elegantly swooping across the fields at dusk.

If you love walking and pub lunches, then this is the campsite for you! 

West Sussex has so many lovely places to eat and drink. We are huge foodies, so if you need any recommendations please ask us!

There’s plenty of walks nearby, the Downs link is right on your doorstep and runs alongside the campsite. There is also the beautiful Devil’s Dyke and Cissbury Ring if you are looking for breath-taking views. 

When deciding to open the campsite sustainability was a big focus and that is the main reason we chose to have composting toilets Instead of chemical toilets.

Will also built our showers on an old farm trailer we had on the farm!

All we want is for you to enjoy being outside, connect with the nature around you, and most importantly feel at home.
